Software provider Kaseya International Ltd. has announced a new program for partners who need expertise when dealing with business issues, such as finance and marketing.
The Kaseya Industry Experts Program is a “customer enrichment program,” that brings together global subject matter experts in areas such as management, operations and sales.
The offering is geared toward managed service providers who are grappling with daily business tasks and need advice in certain areas outside of their technical expertise.
The program offers services from a vetted selection of consultants on topics such as print and digital marketing, human resources, sales optimization and aligning service departments to business goals, as well as providing expertise in vertical markets like healthcare and retail.
Kaseya began rolling out the program last month and it is available globally.
It also includes boot camps, courses, social forums, Webinars and workshops.
“We’ve created this ecosystem of industry consultants to help our customers drive excellence in their organizations. Effectively, it’s a one-stop shop for Kaseya customers to learn skills and obtain the information they need to be more successful,” Liz Lederer, vice-president of field marketing at Kaseya said in a media statement.
Kaseya partners can get access to the program through the company’s Web site.
