We have steadily forged our global strength and expertise since 1958, when Decision Data Inc. was founded as a Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) provider. In 1973, our sister company Maintech Inc. began as a TPM provider that specialized in the financial services and telecommunications markets. Professional Certifications: We track employee certifications, such as HIPAA and TSA clearances. We annually certify Account Executives and Operations Management according to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) to prepare them for work with international clients.
Facility Access: All of our field employees undergo background checks before completing your facility access protocols, assuring confident and secure access to your location. We track access and give employees notice to keep their badges current.
