May 1, 2018: Sirius and Forsythe Are Now One Company
In November, Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. (Sirius) announced the acquisition of Forsythe Technology, Inc. (Forsythe), a leading enterprise IT solutions provider. As of May 1, 2018, Forsythe Technology, Forsythe Solutions Group, and Forsythe International will be merged into Sirius, and all future operations will be under the legal name of Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. (Sirius). Additionally, Forsythe McArthur Associates will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius, legally renamed to Sirius Computer Solutions Financial Services, LLC (Sirius Financial Services).

Since its founding in 1980, Sirius has grown to be one of the largest solutions integrators in the U.S., with annual gross revenues of approximately $2.2 billion. That growth has been achieved by investing in areas that help it better meet the needs of its clients, and fueled by an M&A strategy focused on building a depth of solutions and services offerings that are most important to the success of its clients.

The combined organization helps Sirius provide a more robust selection of service offerings and solutions to deliver some of the strongest security offerings in the industry, and provide greater support for clients by extending its capabilities in cloud and managed services.
