The 1990s: A continued strong partnership with Compaq (and later HP) brought Microset into supporting desktop computers and the corresponding applications from Novell and Microsoft. The 2000s: The decade of fax messaging, perimeter and device level security. Microset became a leading industry expert in complex enterprise fax solutions, eventually acquiring FACSys from Optus Software and focusing on a specialized fax-enablement of SAP. Combined with a close partnership with SafeBoot (Now Intel Security) brought Microset into the realm of selling and supporting business line software applications as well as advanced encryption technologies.
2010s: In early 2011, some assets of Microset Systems were acquired by Solgenia S.P.A. Solgenia continues to sell and support FACSys along with data center and supply chain management solutions.
