BitTitan has announced its first partnership alliance with an value-added distributor in Arrow Electronics.
BitTitan does have several distribution partnerships with broadline players such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data and Synnex. The Kirkland, Wash.-based vendor also has an alliance with SMB distributor D&H. No word yet on if BitTitan has expanded its relationship with Tech Data’s newly acquired Avnet business, which is a value-added distributor.
With Arrow, BitTitan’s MSPComplete platform will be made available through out the world on Arrow’s cloud marketplace called ArrowSphere.
Arrow’s plan for BitTitan is to target its roster of managed services providers, solution providers, and systems integrators with access to the MSPComplete platform through ArrowSphere, Arrow’s cloud marketplace and enablement platform.
The MSPComplete Service Library features more than 100 migration and turnkey managed services around Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft FastTrack, Azure, EMS, Dropbox Business, Amazon, Box and Google G Suite, with new services added and updated weekly.
In addition, MSPs and other providers can use the platform to create custom services and IP by adding tasks to an existing service, or by building an entirely new service.
Steve Robinson, vice president of Arrow’s global cloud business, said MSPComplete on ArrowSphere will help MSPs accelerate and optimize managed services and simplify the process of transitioning end-customers to the cloud.
