Net Integration hires Symantec channel manager

Markham, ont. – After serving eight years at Symantec, Kevin Krempulec has joined Net Integration Technologies as vice-president of sales.

From 1998-2006 Krempulec held several senior level positions at Symantec, including senior manager of channel and SMB sales where he oversaw the management of Symantec’s channel operations and the SMB segment in Canada. Headquartered in Toronto, Net Integration offers enterprise-class IT solutions to small and medium businesses.

Ex-Ingram chief joins Bell Micro board

San jose, calif. – Michael Grainger, former Ingram Micro president and chief operating officer, has joined Bell Microproducts’ board of directors.

Don Bell, president and CEO of Bell Micro, described Grainger as a visionary leader and proven senior level executive with a record of success in leading a global Fortune 100 company.

Prior to his role as COO, Grainger served as Ingram Micro’s executive vice-president and chief financial officer.

Randy Kalpin exits On The Go

Toronto – On The Go Technologies director Randy Kalpin has left the company for reasons undisclosed.

On The Go acquired Kalpin’s company Compuquest in 2003, since then he has been managing the day-to-day logistics for On The Go’s three technology divisions.

Earlier this year, On The Go also severed its ties with Frank and John Abate, the former owners of Infinity Technologies, a company it acquired last year.

Although the reason for their departure was not revealed, in a letter, On The Go CEO Stuart Turk said Frank and John Abate threatened legal action and left the company no choice but to terminate their employment.
