Mushkin Inc. has launched its new line of 1.8” Chronos GO SATA III (6Gbps) solid-state drives (SSDs) in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities.
According to the vendor, the new line of drives feature a smaller, lighter footprint than its previous generation, and also boast performance and reliability improvements.
“Mushkin continues to push the envelope with higher performance, higher capacity and higher reliability products, and the new line of (Chronos drives) is just one example,” said Nicolas Villalobos, director of global marketing at Mushkin, in a statement. “With these improvements, the new drives are very well-suited for professionals and for solution providers in demanding environments like digital signage, healthcare and point-of-sale.”
