IT distributor Synnex announced Wednesday a revamp of its ECExpress e-commerce platform for its North American partners.
“Based on customer feedback, the new intuitively designed platform has been refined to reduce the time customers spend searching for and purchasing products from a single pane of glass, giving them more time to focus on servicing the needs of their customers,” the company said in a statement.
Through the new dashboard, resellers will be able to check inventory, prices, as well as access an improved search engine, confirm orders and warehouse availability, order from Synnex microsites such as CLOUDSolv, RENEWSolv, SERVICESolv all from a single shopping cart, access account summaries and manage promotions and incentive programs from vendors.
The update brings ECExpress to version 7.0. It is set to roll out to select power users in May with general availability for later in the year.
