Tech Data Canada has once again been selected as the Hewlett-Packard (HP) National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) Preferred Channel Services Provider for configured-to-order (CTO) Intel products, consisting of desktops, notebooks and Intel-based servers in Canada. The renewed partnership between Tech Data and HP reinforces the value of NMSOs, serving to strengthen relationships and maximize business opportunities in the reseller community.
Tech Data’s HP NMSO program is designed to help resellers manage the government ordering process. The program allows resellers to consolidate their ordering, manage quality control, maximize the effectiveness of rebates and ensure government purchase order verification.
David Spindler, Director, E-Business and Business Development, Tech Data Canada, said Tech Data has proven its ability to optimize the operations to meet the needs of both HP and its reseller community by going the extra mile with the HP NMSO program for 2007 to provide improved electronic access to online procurement and suggestion tools.
Dave Frederickson, vice-president, solution partners organization for HP Canada, said the Tech Data and HP teams have worked collaboratively over the years to ensure that authorized resellers get the best possible support for their NMSO sales engagements.
