ISLANDIA, N.Y. – In an all-cash deal worth $375 million, CA has finalized its acquistion of Wily Technology, a provider of enterprise application management solutions.
“CA is now the only company to provide a complete, 360-degree view into the enterprise IT environment — from end-to-end application service levels to individual infrastructure assets,” said Al Nugent, senior vice-president and general manager of CA’s ESM business unit.
The company plans to make Wily’s products available both as stand-alone, best-of-breed products and as integrated components of its ESM and Business Service Optimization product portfolios.
Wily will operate as a separate division within CA’s ESM business unit.
