BlackBerry Motion first look – All Hands on Tech

IT World Canada got a hands-on look at the BlackBerry Motion ahead of its Nov. 10 launch in Canada, and we’ve got video.

This is the second BlackBerry device from manufacturer TCL since it took responsibility for the smartphone brand’s hardware. It’s a sister device to its flagship BlackBerry KeyOne launched earlier this year. Take away the keyboard from the KeyOne and add a bigger touch screen and a slightly bigger battery and you’ve got the Motion. The internal specs are very similar to the KeyOne, as is the mid-range price.

What do you think, is a BlackBerry without a keyboard worth considering for smartphone buyers? Or is the KeyOne still the way to go with its physical QWERTY keyboard? Let us know in the comments section below.
