The May 2017 issue of the CDN Digital Edition features the winners of the annual CDN Top 100 Solution Providers Gala.
This year’s gala saw a historic occasion – the first ever tie for the Number 1 Solution Provider. It was a photo-finish for CDW Canada and Softchoice, who finished neck-and-neck with comparable revenues between $750 million to $800 million.
The past three years has seen the Top 100 solution providers produce strong growth, but in 2016 the channel community in Canada took it one step further, surpassing the $8 billion milestone with an amazing 20 per cent growth. More than 200 solution provider executives attended the show, with some travelling from the west coast to attend. It’s a great sign of prosperity for the channel in Canada.
This year, CDN introduced five new award categories specific to solutions. They are: Internet of Things, Security, Storage, Managed Print Services, and Mobility.
