Three months after opening up shop in Toronto, IT infrastructure monitoring firm Centreon is expanding its partnership with TeamWork Management Inc., a certified Centreon partner that will help the company build trust with new customers in the region.
“Creating a relationship with a partner can take months,” Romain Le Merlus, co-founder and CEO of Centreon North America told CDN. “Right now, we have to convince our leads to use Centreon, and TeamWork is a trusted customer that’s worked with organizations worldwide and in North America.”
TeamWork is a global strategic partner for enterprise digital transformations offering consulting, SAP business solutions, and data analytics platforms. With offices across the globe, including one in Montreal, it also boasts 12 certified consultants for Centreon’s flagship event monitoring solution (EMS). The Centreon EMS solution has proved to be a strong fit for TeamWork’s business solutions, giving SAP business solution clients real-time visibility into their infrastructure, according to Philippe Huguet, TeamWork CEO for U.S. and vice-president of sales for North America.
“Our partnership with Centreon reinforces our value proposition in the North American infrastructure sector,” he said.
According to Gartner (registration required), the IT monitoring market is expected to grow at an 8 per cent compound annual growth rate through 2021, reaching $34.9 billion. That means there’s plenty of market share to scoop up in the coming years, said Le Merlus. But first, Centreon needs to make connections, and that’s where TeamWork will play a big part.
“The Centreon-TeamWork partnership has proven its value in Europe,” said Le Merlus. “It made sense to take that relationship further.”
