Distributor Ingram Micro named its replacement for Justin Crotty yesterday with the appointment of Renée Bergeron.
Bergeron is the distributor’s new vice-president of managed services for North America. She replaces Ingram’s former vice-president of services for North America, Justin Crotty, who has since moved on to become NetEnrich’s senior vice-president and general manager.
In her new role, Bergeron’s responsibilities will include driving the division’s growth strategy. She’ll also be responsible for helping to accelerate sales and business development efforts for Seismic, Ingram’s services network.
Bergeron will report directly to Paul Bay, the executive vice-president of Ingram North America.
Prior to joining Ingram, Bergeron has worked in the IT services industry for the past 25 years. Most recently, she worked at Fujitsu America as the head of U.S. operations, where she led the company’s $300M IT services solutions business.
