Ontario’s in-car cell phone ban vs. anytime, anywhere computing

Shane Schick had originally planned not to write about Ontario’s proposed cell phone driving ban:
“t’s not really our area. It’s not like IT managers are there in the car with the drivers, or that they set up the phones that are used in the cars. And it’s not like those phones are being connected to some back-end system that IT departments are managing.”

“Is there room in the world for another mystery blogger? The VAR guy would say no, but Cisco disagrees. The company has launched a phantom blog site – called Tech Edge Weekly – written by “Ira Pumfkin.’”
