Kaseya announced earlier this month an expansion of its IT Automation platform with the addition of two new modules to help service providers better automate billing processes.
Service Billing 1.0 and Service Desk 1.3 are the latest additions to Kaseya’s IT Automation platform.
Service Billing 1.0 is designed to help service providers automate the billing process and gain a more holistic view of their business operations.
Kaseya’s Service Desk 1.3 solution allows staff members to track billable time against open tickets and work orders and also helps with streamlining tickets.
Kaseya Service Billing also integrates with Intuit‘s QuickBooks online and QuickBooks desktop solutions.
The new modules are available this month and can be deployed either as an on-premise solution, or it can be delivered through Kaseya’s cloud services.
Pricing for Service Billing begins at $0.75 per seat per month based on a subscription and Service Desk starts at $1.50 per seat per month on a subscription basis.
