LPI Level Platforms Inc. has made available its next version of Managed Workplace 2011, the company’s integrated remote monitoring, management and automation software platform designed for IT service providers offering managed services.
This release is a major revamp of its Automation OnDemand, an optional Device Manager agent to supplement LPI with agentless architecture, while providing integration with the full IT ecosystem found in most organizations today. Managed Workplace 2011 is also cloud ready and can service on premise versions.
In conjunction with the release of Managed Workplace 2011, LPI announced the Managed Workplace 2011 road show to take place in 19 cities across North America. In addition to Managed Workplace 2011, attendees of these road shows will be presented with new industry research and information, and open forums led by MSPs.
Peter Sandiford, CEO Level Platforms, said with the introduction of cloud computing, unified communications and mobility, the managed services market has now entered a period of rapid change. Solution providers and MSPs need to evolve their businesses to exploit this change to their advantage. The February Managed Services Road Show is an absolutely essential event for existing MSPs and those considering managed services in 2011.
The Managed Workplace 2011 Road Show runs from February 8 – February 24.
