A Montreal-based Microsoft partner has partnered with firms from Europe and Australia to form the Impack Alliance.
Matricis Informatique, specialists in enterprise application integration, have partnered with two other Microsoft integration partners: Codit, with offices in France and Belgium, and Edgecliff, Australia-based Breeze.

All together, the alliance can leverage more than 100 Microsoft integration experts around the world, focused mainly on BizTalk Server and Windows Azure. The companies hope to become the Microsoft global preferred partner for integration opportunities, and add they hope the alliance gives then a stronger say in Microsoft’s future product roadmap for BizTalk Server and Windows Azure.
“Through the alliance, Microsoft will be able to get better feedback from a large number of customers spread out across the world and involved in integration space which will contribute greatly to the evolution these technologies,” said Francois Beaubien, president of Matricis, in a statement.
