With INFO-Tracker users can specify minimum arrears amounts and click a single button to generate as many arrears letters as there are arrears at that moment – all personalized, with actual arrears amounts, as well as arrears details. This process significantly reduces time otherwise be required to perform this monthly and the time savings are proportional to the size of the customer’s portfolio.
