Microsoft will release Windows 10 before the end of the year. It will be an eternal platform that is continuously updated. And for most people, it won’t be free.

Not much of a prediction regarding Windows 10. Barring a major blunder, Win 10 will be released next fall. as for the “eternal” version 10, I believe that was already announce or at least rumours flew.
