Tech Data Canada has signed an agreement with HPE subsidiary Aruba to distribute its networking products to Canadian solution providers.
These products, according to the distributor, will be supported by the Tech Data Canada’s Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Division.
Aruba makes networking solutions for enterprises, SMBs and schools.
About a year ago at Discover, HP executives said that the networking brand would focus on mobility, and that it would use HP’s solutions and services to tap into the SMB market – a new move for a company that focused on enterprise.
Executives also said at the time that Aruba would look to reaching out to more of HP’s channel partners through distribution.
The networking company was acquired by HP in March 2015.
