With Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans on Feb. 3 fast approaching, Toshiba has released several new home entertainment products aimed at improving the football fan experience.
Starting at $1,449.99, the Toshiba L7200U 3D LED HD Smart TV, along with its metallic edging, features local Dimming and advanced backlight control technology, ClearScan 240Hz processing for a smoother picture of fast-moving plays, TriVector 2D to 3D Conversion and four pairs of 3D glasses to watch the game in 3D(ish) fashion, and the ability to search player stats and highlights with built-in Wi-Fi and a wireless QWERTY keyboard.
That covers off seeing the game. To hear it to, Toshiba has debuted the SBX4250 Sound Bar Speaker System for $349.99, with 300W of power and a wireless subwoofer for surround sound.
Finally, in today’s digital world, one screen is never enough, so Toshiba has also introduced the Excite 13 Tablet. Priced at $649.99 for the 32GB version and 749.00 for the 64GB edition, the Android tablet has a larger than usual 13”, 16:9 LED wide-screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass for durability. It has four stereo speakers, an array of ports including standard SD/SDHC, Micro USB and micro HDMI, as well as built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0. And with 13 hours of battery life, you may almost make it through the pregame show.
