Technology giant Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE: HPQ) has released its third quarter earnings, and The VAR Guy has parsed the numbers to offer some insights on where HP partners should be investing their time and money, and where they perhaps shouldn’t be:
”The hits included 3Par (storage), HP networking, and the Autonomy Live Vault cloud storage service. The misses, hardly surprising, involved HP’s PC business and commodity x86 server business.”

On the less than positive side was mainstream servers enterprise services and the PC market, although the vendor pledged to maintain its leadership position over rival Lenovo.
