Each year Computer Dealer News, Canada’s IT voice for the channel since 1985, honours the best and brightest the Canadian solution provider community has to offer at the Top 100 rankings event in North Toronto.
CDN, along with our research partner IDC Canada, tallied the revenue of the top IT channel partners in the country and produced a scorecard for the industry. More than 200 senior channel executives attended the event to find out where they stood among their peers. This year’s event produced many surprises, including a new winner for the second year in a row, so click on the next slide to see who came on top.
SAP Canada’s Mark Cardiff presents Softchoice’s Eric Gardiner with the No. 1 Solution Provider of the Year award. Last year, Softchoice came in second after a seven year run at the top.

Tony Olvet of IDC Canada presented a secondary workshop on big data just before the start of the Top 100 gala.
Senior channel executive Dennis Brink of T4G participated in the first ever CDN Video Mashup. Brink is also the president of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners Canada.

The Top 100 Solution Providers event, held at the Paramount Conference and Event Venue in North Toronto, is known for its excellent food. The event features many Italian-themed delicious dishes, along with a sushi bar.
OnX President Ed Vos offers his thanks to CDN editor and Top 100 host Paolo Del Nibletto. OnX placed No. 5 on this year’s list, and it was one of Vos’ stated goals to reach the CDN Top 5 during his tenure.
