5 generations of women speak to the importance of equity

As part of ITWC’s celebration of women in the workforce, five women from different generations share their thoughts on today’s workplace challenges. In this nine minute video introduced by ITWC President Fawn Annan, the women discuss how they got into IT, the challenges of balancing career and family life and offer their advice to the next generation of women considering IT careers.
