C4 is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of Channel Chiefs from leading IT companies, together with representatives from IT World Canada and Computer Dealer News (CDN). Five standing committees are currently in place: Executive, Finance, Governance, Education and Development.
Board members are governed by a strict code of Governance, are nominated by the Board, and are elected by Membership at the Annual General Meeting.
