Canadian storage vendor unveils new channel program

Storageflex Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of storage systems based in Markham, Ont., has released a new SMB Storage Specialization Partner Program for the channel.

This new program is a new category within the umbrella Storageflex Partner Program specifically focused on small and medium-sized business storage solutions such as data storage, backup/protection and virtualization. According to the company, this new channel program will also address:

  • align expertise with the needs of SMB customers;
  • more affordable, flexible and higher performing enterprise-class storage systems;
  • margins that can maximize revenues and profitability; and
  • attract more SMB customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Paul Chan, president of Storageflex, said the new SMB program better aligns partners with their small business customers for higher value creation and increased revenue potential.

Storageflex is providing channel training, sales, and technical support along with its Remote Valet Services Bundle. This bundle is free for qualified registered deals. The combined free services from Storageflex includes Web installation, system management, and monitoring/alerts-a replacement component can often be expedited to the customer location within a few hours, the company claims.

The company’s flagship product, the 3945L Servers is a network-ready storage devices powered by the Intel Core i3 or XeonE3 processor with 8GB to 16GB of cache.

Pricing starts at $995. A 16TB system of 4x4TB disks is $3,995.
