Kaseya, a cloud-based IT management software vendor is stepping up its customer success program.
The Dublin, Ireland-based company with offices in Boston has made a series of announcements including enhancements to the onboarding process, training programs, professional services and support, as well as other enablement tools.
It has even named a new executive, in this case Alex Cuevas, as the company’s chief customer officer.
Other changes to the company’s offerings will include an improved customer success team as well as customer communication channels for feedback.
Kaseya’s remote IT management software is available both on-premise as well as in the cloud and is compatible with Windows, OS X, and Linux operating systems. It is able to automate IT tasks in mid-sized enterprises as well as in other functions such as kiosks and vending machines.
