Samsung will be releasing its Windows 8 product line in New York on Oct. 15.
Part of that announcement might by its Smart PC product, a tablet device and of couse a smartphone.
The Smart PC was announced in Europe this year by the South Korean manufacturer. Details and pricing are to be revealed at the launch event and there is speculation that these products will come with a trial for Office, which is being run as a managed service. It has also been speculated that this hybrid notebook/tablet unit will run Intel’s Clover Trail dual-core processor with 64GB of memory.
Sales of Galaxy products have not died down prior the the Windows 8 launch unlike other products in the market place.
