Back-up and disaster recovery vendor StorageCraft Technology Corp. has introduced a channel program that will boost the back-up and disaster recovery efforts of managed services providers.
Called StorageCraft Professional Services, the program provides full and on-demand services to solution providers and MSPs highlighted by design and implementation of back-up and disaster recovery solutions. The on-demand portion will be through StorageCraft’s QuickAssist program. QuickAssist features a team of back-up and disaster recovery experts at the Draper, Utah-based company. These experts are able to work remotely with solution providers, while the full-service option enables the channel to use this team onsite to design and implement customized solutions.
The StorageCraft program plans to focus channel partners on its flagship ShadowProtect line.
ShadowProtect backs up the entire Windows IT environment from systems to data, while enabling summary recovery from disasters as well as system migration.
Mike Kunz, StorageCraft vice president of worldwide sales, said the goal of this program is to make solution providers more successful developing back-up and disaster recovery solutions in the channel.
“One of the most valuable assets for any business or organization is data. The StorageCraft Professional Services offering is designed to assist our partners by addressing immediate backup and disaster recovery needs and to help them build the best possible disaster recovery infrastructure for the long-term protection of their customers’ data,” Kunz said.
The StorageCraft Professional Services program also includes:
- On-demand StorageCraft QuickAssist Assistance;
- Full design services; and
- Full implementation services.
