You’ll have to act fast if you want to be a part of the 30th annual Canadian Computer Charity Golf Classic.
Organizers of the prestigious charity event sponsored by the computer industry to raise funds for Easter Seals Ontario and the Princess Margaret Hospital, say that nearly 95 per cent of tickets have been sold.
To mark the 30th year of this worthy cause, the tournament is being held on Thursday, September 4 at Clublink’s The Country Club in Vaughan, one of Canada’s most celebrated courses.
The Country Club offers its guests one of Ontario’s finest golfing experiences on two championship courses.
Some 300 golfers representing more than 100 leading corporations from Canada’s technology sector will take part in a day of fun and competition. Apart from the main tournament, other activities include, a complimentary driving range, breakfast, cocktails, dinner, a live auction and lots of opportunities to win prizes.
This year marks a milestone for the charity which over the last 29 years has raised more than $5 million in support Easter Seals’ activities geared towards helping children with physical and the cancer research done by the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
Corporate partners play a key role in the success of the Canadian Computer Charity Golf Classic and the event offers a unique marketing and networking opportunity for companies as well.
