Jabra has announced a new two-tier channel program that will be run by a new public sector channel chief.
The Jabra One Partner Program will give all partners access to Jabra One Zone, a new partner portal with various sales and marketing resources that include collateral from co-marketing and marketing toolboxes, sales tools designed for existing and new customer acquisition, and an online education program.
The One Partner Program has two tiers, authorized and premium. According to Jabra, premium partners will ‘benefit from expanded support, customzied agreements, dedicated account management, and business investment funding as appropriate to grow their business’.
The new channel program will roll out globally in the second half of 2017. Authorization is available to all partners for online and/or offline sales of B2B and B2C Jabra products.
This new initiative will be headed by Cheryle Walline, who has been appointed Jabra’s head of channels, public sector and SME in North America. Walline has been tasked with overseeing the roll out of the new program and any future adaptations of it.
She has been with Jabra for almost a year, previously as the senior director of public sector and SMB. Before joining Jabra, Walline had various channel roles at Hewlett Packard. Prior to that, she spent roughly a decade at Ingram Micro.
“Everyday partners enable Jabra to fulfill its mission to help customers hear more, be more, and do more,” said Walline in a statement. “My focus over the next year is to assure that the Jabra One Partner Program and other channel initiatives support those efforts with best-of-breed tools that adapt to changing channel and customer needs.”
