Small and medium business cloud storage provider Soonr has released an update to its partner portal that allows service providers to manage multiple customers from a single location.
The portal, designed for MSPs and cloud resellers, allows them to handle service, device and other team policies within Soonr’s Partner Portal with a single sign-on, a departure from the per-team accounts that were required prior to the update, the company said in a statement.
“Secure file sharing and collaboration is one of the fastest growing segments in the cloud market, and is one that offers tremendous opportunities for managed services providers,” the company said. “However, as the cloud transforms traditional corporate reseller relationships and opens new doors for managed services providers, the need for an effective and scalable solution to deliver and manage these services to multiple customers will become paramount.”
Streamlining the customer account management process will make it easier for MSPs to grow its customer base, said Sam Liu, vice president of marketing at Soonr in the statement.
