EMC’s security arm RSA has unveiled SecurID Suite, which will combine access, governance, lifecycle and identity assurance features in one product.
RSA SecurID Suite components includes SecurID Access, two-factor authenticators, Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle.
The combined visibility and controls is meant to ease management and secure access. Compliance is also built into the product, which is available on-premise or in the cloud.
Identity management in SecurID is context-based, which allows the product to offer actionable insights into identities and access to administrators.
Biometrics recognized include iris scanning, fingerprints, while software tokens and other authentication methods are also available.
